Data Collected

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide:

  • Newsletter: email address and language preference
  • Diagnostic form: name, professional email, company, URL, role, amount raised, ARR, challenge description, referral source
  • Coaching (FounderOS clients): what you enter in the tool, session recaps and, when a session is recorded (you are told at the start of the session), its transcript. The transcript stays in the consultant's private journal: it is never shown as such, neither to you nor to the other members of your team. The consultant draws from it the recap shared with you, and it may feed your audit synthesis (read as information).

Purpose of Processing

  • Sending the weekly newsletter (legal basis: consent)
  • Following up on diagnostic requests (legal basis: legitimate interest)
  • Preparing and following up coaching sessions: proposing a recap, actions and questions from the transcript, which the consultant reviews before anything is shared (legal basis: performance of the contract; for the other participants of the session, legitimate interest, after telling them at the start of the session that it is recorded)

Sub-processors

  • Resend (email delivery) — data processed in the USA with appropriate safeguards
  • Vercel (hosting) — data processed in the USA with appropriate safeguards
  • Supabase (FounderOS database) — data hosted in the European Union (Ireland)
  • Mammouth AI (gateway to OpenAI and Anthropic models) and Anthropic (artificial intelligence models) — used to propose summaries and recaps from your answers and session transcripts, under a data processing agreement. Processing may take place outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards

Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics solution, self-hosted. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect any personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. No consent is required.

Cookies

This website does not use any cookies. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies.

Data Retention

  • Newsletter data: retained until unsubscription
  • Diagnostic data: retained for 12 months after last contact
  • Session transcripts: retained during the coaching, then deleted; deletable at any time on request
